August 4th, 2007 by admin

V1: I’ve been awake for a while now
you’ve got me feelin like a child now
cause every time i see your bubbly face
i get the tinglies in a silly place

C: It starts in my toes
makes me crinkle my nose
where ever it goes i always know
that you make me smile
please stay for a while now
just take your time
where ever you go

V2: The rain is fallin on my window pane
but we are hidin in a safer place
under the covers stayin dry and warm
you give me feelins that i adore

C: It starts in my toes
makes me crinkle my nose
where ever it goes
i always know
that you make me smile
please stay for a while now
just take your time
[Bubbly Lyrics on http://www.lyricsmania.com]
where ever you go

B: What am i gonna say
when you make me feel this way
I just……..mmmmmmmmmmm

C: It starts in my toes
makes me crinkle my nose
where ever it goes
i always know
that you make me smile
please stay for a while now
just take your time
where ever you go

V3: Ive been asleep for a while now
You tucked me in just like a child now
Cause every time you hold me in your arms
Im comfortable enough to feel your warmth

C: It starts in my soul
And I lose all control
When you kiss my nose
The feelin shows
Cause you make me smile
Baby just take your time
Holdin me tight

Where ever, where ever, where ever you go
Where ever, where ever, where ever you go

Colbie Caillat grew up with her father as a record producer, her father Ken produced two of the most popular albums of all time. Colbie remembers as a child Mick and John being around her house. But it wasn’t until Colbie heard the Fugees remake of Killing Me Softly did she decide she wanted to pursue a career. She entered her 6th grade talent show and sang that very song.

Colbie has a very unique sounding voice, she is quiet in her sound and she co-writes all of her music. Most of her songs were co-written by singer song writer Jason Reeves. Colbie believes that every song has it’s place on the record. The songs they have chosen to be on her debut album called Coco all have their place on the album and she believes that if one song was taken out then the entire album would fall apart.

Some of Colbie’s musical influences are Lauryn Hill, Beyonce, Cindy Lauper, Keith Sweat, Al Green and John Legend just to name a few. Her band members include singer, song writer Jason Reeves, Mikal Blue who co-produced the album with her father Ken. Michael Baker, Tim Meyers and Brian Carr round out the band.

The anticipation for the release of the album is building. Colbie has had over tem million hits based on the songs that she put on her MySpace Page. She is sure to do well with the release of her debut album on July 17, 2007. Colbie is very new to the music scene, there is not much information known about her life and only lyrics come up in the search engines but if Colbie does as well as everyone expects her to then you will start to learn a lot about her. This summer she is going on tour as the opening act for the Goo Goo Dolls. She will certainly get a lot of exposure.

If you have never heard of Colbie Caillat and you catch on her shows which can be found on her MySpace page, you will want to learn more.

Colbie Caillat Realize

July 19th, 2007 by admin

One of the songs on the new Colbie Caillat album titled Coco which is set to debut on July 17th, 2007 is called Realize. In all of the songs written by Colbie, Jason Reeves and Mikal Blue, these songs have messages. The majority of her songs are about love and relationships. But in the song Realize it seems to be about a girl and a guy and from the girl’s point of view, they did not realize that they are good for each other. She is asking him to meet her half way so they can find their way back to each other.

Then in another verse, she wonders what would have happened if they did miss out on each other. The song is about somewhat about what could have been. It is a sad song about what a relationship could have been if the two people had realized what the other person meant to them.

There are going are to be a lot of younger girls who are going to look up to Colbie and by Colbie singing about relationships from a girl’s point of view , she could be helping other girls who have found themselves in similar situations. These songs are very girl oriented though there will a lot of guys, younger guys who may be able to relate as well. Realize is a song that most people can relate to. It will be one of her most popular songs.

All of Colbie’s songs have a nice smooth sound to them. If you have never heard of Colbie Caillat, she is an up and coming artist who has a sound like Jewel, soft spoken and sweet. She already has legions of fans based on her MySpace page and the songs she has on her page. You can add your self to her friends list too.

Lyrics to realize by Colbie Caillat

July 19th, 2007 by admin

Colbie Caillat - Realize lyrics

Take time to realize

That your warmth is

Crashing down on me

Take time to realize

That I am on your side

Well didn’t I, didn’t I tell you

But I can’t spell it out for you

No it’s never gonna be that simple

No I can’t spell it out for you

If you just realize

What I just realized

That we’d be perfect for each other

And we’ll never find another

Just realize

What I just realized

We’d never have to wonder

If we missed out on each other, now

Take time to realize

Oh oh, I’m on your side

Didn’t I, didn’t I tell you

Take time to realize

Oh oh, I’m on your side

Oh ooo oh ooo oh

But I can’t spell it out for you

No it’s never gonna be that simple

No I can’t spell it out for you

If you just realize

What I just realized

That we’d be perfect for each other

And we’ll never find another

Just realize

What I just realized

We’d never have to wonder

If we missed out on each other, but

It’s not the same
No it’s never the same

If you don’t feel it too

If you meet me half way

If you would meet me half way

It could be the same for you

If you just realize

What I just realized

That we’d be perfect for each other

And we’ll never find another

Just realize

What I just realized

We’d never have to wonder

If we missed out on each other

Just realize

What I just realized

That we’d be perfect for each other

And we’ll never find another

Just realize

What I just realized

We’d never have to wonder

If we missed out on each other, now

Missed out on each other now

Missed out on each other now

Missed out on each other now
